Welcome to ClosedTester. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Platform Eligibility & Use

Our website is a mutual exchange platform designed to help Android developers complete their Google Play 14-day closed testing requirements. By registering, you agree that:

• You are a real developer testing apps using genuine physical Android devices.
• You will use the platform fairly. Farm accounts, virtual machines, and bot integrations are strictly prohibited.
• Each user is allowed to create and manage exactly one account. Multi-accounting to farm signup credits will result in immediate permanent suspension.

2. Tester Escrow Credits

To launch a testing campaign, developers deposit credits (1 credit per tester slot) which are held in escrow. These credits are released to testers only after they successfully complete the 14-day testing period and submit daily check-ins. If a campaign is archived or deleted, unallocated credits will be refunded back to the developer's balance (excluding onboarding free campaigns, which do not refund credits).

3. screenshot proof & Disputes

Testers must upload genuine screenshot proof of installation or opt-in. Developers have the right to dispute proof if it is fake, cropped, or belongs to another application. Admin decisions on disputed verifications are final. Fraudulent proof submissions will lead to account termination.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClosedTester coordinates independent developers. We do not guarantee Google Play store approval or production access. Developers are responsible for adhering to Google Play policies and guidelines during their release cycles.
